POKÉMON - Grookey - Plush (Bandai Spirits)

Grookey is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in the eighth generation. It evolves into Thwackey starting at level 16 and then into Rillaboom starting at level 35.

Along with Scorbunny and Sobble, it is one of the three starter Pokémon of Galar in Pokémon Sword and Shield, and together with the other two, it is one of the first Pokémon announced for the eighth generation, on February 27, 2019.

Grookey resembles a small monkey predominantly light green in color. The ends of its arms, feet, and the area around its mouth are dark orange, while around its eyes it has a kind of yellow mask. On top of its head, it has a leaf-shaped tuft with a twig stuck in it that it uses for fighting. Its ears are brown like its tail; the tail grows larger as it gets longer.

Originally, Grookey's stick was just a simple twig from the forest where groups of these Pokémon live. However, prolonged exposure to Grookey's body energy has granted it special powers. This Pokémon produces energy by absorbing sunlight with its green fur. It seems that it can restore vibrant colors to wilted leaves and flowers by striking them with its stick nearby.
