Your package shipment
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via SDA with tracking and delivery requiring a signature.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postal expenses. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. It is not possible for us to combine two separate orders placed separately; therefore, shipping fees will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special care is taken with fragile items. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging and, subsequently, the products.
Replacements and Returns
If the item is found to be damaged or not as expected, it is possible to request a return for a replacement or a refund; it is essential to make the request within 10 days of receiving the package and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Il Nuovo Mondo offers the possibility to handle the product pickup via SDA (Italy) at a cost of €6 or UPS (Europe except Italy) at a cost of €20; the costs indicated are calculated per single package.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are adequately protected and reinforced to withstand any shocks and weather conditions during transport.
