INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHARACTER

Aragorn, also known by the names Aragorn II, Elessar, Thorongil, Longshanks, Strider, Wingfoot, Estel, Telcontar, was the 18th Captain of the Dúnedain of the North, the 26th King of Arnor, the 35th King of Gondor, and the First High King of the United Kingdom of Gondor and Arnor under the name King Elessar Telcontar. A member of the Fellowship of the Ring, of which he was briefly the leader after Gandalf's fall, he was an exceptional warrior and bearer of the sword Andúril, reforged from the sword Narsil, during the War of the Ring. He was crowned King of Gondor and Arnor on May 1, 3019 TA and in the same year married Arwen Undómiel, daughter of Elrond Half-elven, with whom he had three children. His was one of the longest reigns in the history of Gondor, having ruled for 122 years, and he died in Minas Tirith in the year 120 PE at the age of 210, passing the power to his son Eldarion.
