CHARACTER INFORMATION

The protagonist of the story. At twelve years old, he and his friend Mikaela planned to escape vampire captivity together with the other children from the Hyakuya orphanage. However, Ferid waited for them at the city exit and killed them all except him, who was the only one to escape. From that moment on, his willpower focused on the desire to exterminate all vampires; nevertheless, he did not let his thirst for revenge consume him, but chose to become stronger for the sake of his "family." After four years, he enlists in the Japanese Imperial Demon Army to join Guren’s Moon Demon Company, where over time he learns the meaning of teamwork. He is quite stubborn, but when it comes to others, he becomes kind and sincerely cares for them. His cursed weapon is called Asuramaru and is a katana-shaped weapon similar to Guren’s. His real name is Yūichirō Amane.
