ONE PIECE - Ulti - DXF Wanokuni Vol. 11 (Bandai Spirits)

Ulti is one of the Six Flying Companions, the strongest Stars of the Hundred Beast Pirates. Ulti is straightforward and irascible, and she never backs down from an argument. She becomes aggressive and threatening towards those who insult or annoy her, even if they are children. She is also very violent and sadistic; in fact, she attacked Komachiyo after injuring him with a headbutt, and when Tama begged her to stop, she struck her. She tends to speak in a sophisticated manner and, according to Page One, she does so to appear as a refined woman. She has also shown to be very reckless, to the point of not fearing to challenge Big Mom after the empress had beaten her brother.
