ONE PIECE - Admiral Kizaru Borsalino - Battle Record Collection (Banpresto)

Borsalino, better known by his title Admiral Kizaru, is one of the admirals of the Navy in the world of One Piece. He is famous for his relaxed and lazy attitude, in stark contrast to his devastating power and highly authoritative role. Kizaru speaks in a slow, almost bored voice, and moves with an almost distracted elegance, but one should not be fooled by his apparent lightness.

Physically, he has a distinctive appearance: sunglasses, thin mustache, black hair, and a yellow striped suit, reminiscent of the '70s gangster style. His look perfectly matches his ironic and unshakable character, which he maintains even in the most dangerous situations.

His Devil Fruit, the Pika Pika no Mi (Light-Light Fruit), allows him to transform into light and move at the speed of light, as well as launch extremely powerful and precise light beams. This makes him one of the fastest and deadliest characters in the world of One Piece, capable of taking down enemies in an instant and unleashing attacks with large-scale destructive force.

Although he is a representative of the Navy’s absolute justice, Kizaru behaves ambiguously and often appears neutral or indifferent to moral issues, merely "doing his job." This makes him unpredictable, and his true thoughts often remain a mystery, increasing the allure and tension around every appearance he makes.

Kizaru embodies the terrifying calm of uncontrollable power, a man who seems to never take anything seriously — yet can destroy you in the blink of an eye.
