A young girl inspired by the mentally unstable and sadistic Stain, who develops a romantic obsession with Midoriya, often seeing him battered. She was once a girl from a wealthy family, but due to her power, she became irreversibly drawn to blood, going so far as to kill a companion she liked and then drink their blood, deriving pleasure from it: this event led her to run away from home and be discriminated against, until she joined the League. She is so obsessed that she admits to feeling pleasure in seeing a person severely injured.

Himiko has also shown several times that she has a distorted perception of love; in fact, although she wanted to attack the two girls, she tried to befriend Uraraka and Asui while they were fighting. In stark contrast to her psychopathic nature, Himiko has shown a loving and compassionate side towards Twice, comforting him knowing his responsibility for Magne's death and covering his face with a cloth to prevent his personality from breaking down. She is "hired" by the Shie Hassaikai along with Twice, only to betray them together with her partner. She becomes one of Tomura's lieutenants in the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Her power, Transform, allows her to take on the appearance of anyone by ingesting their blood, even multiple people at once; the more blood she drinks, the longer she can maintain the transformation and, according to her, a glass is enough to stay transformed for a day. During the fight against Kizuki of the Paranormal Liberation Army, Himiko unleashes the true strength of her power: by transforming, Himiko can use the Quirk of the people whose appearance she has taken (in this specific case, that of Ochaco); however, this process requires a lot of training since Quirks are abilities of the body, and she must learn from scratch how to use a new one each time.
