Android 16, also known as Number 16, is an android created by Dr. Gelo with the intent to kill Son Goku, who, as a child, had defeated the Red Ribbon army. Despite everything, the scientist decided not to activate him, as he considered him his biggest failure. Unlike the two subsequent models, Android 17 and Android 18, 16 does not have an organic base but is completely synthetic, and the lack of human characteristics is perhaps what makes him the strongest android.
