After the four-year time skip, Eren becomes visibly taller, with hair reaching down to his shoulders. Having infiltrated Marley as an injured soldier, he sports a bit of a mustache and goatee, as well as bandages covering his forehead and left eye, and wears the typical Eldian armband around his arm.
